We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Parkhotel Carlsbad Inn. The room was clean and modern, with new bathroom equipment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The Wi-fi was reliable, and we appreciated the convenience of free parking. The private spa option was a nice touch, offering both dry and wet sauna and a jacuzzi. The restaurant served delicious food and had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering a selection of cold and hot dishes. we had a pleasant experience at the hotel.

We loved the terrace with its beautiful view and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments and the sun terrace and garden area were lovely to relax in. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus.

There is also a big parking lot available in front of the hotel, which was convenient. Another advantage was the location, as it was ideal for commuting to the nearby Klinovec ski resort, taking only 30 minutes.

The check-in experience was not very good, and the communication skills of the receptionist were lacking. the selection of the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant was limited, with a lack of vegetarian options.
